A lot of us feel that way. Unfortunately, something like 10,000 copies were printed, and only about 4,000 sold, the rest were destroyed. So there just are less (probably) than 2,000 copies still physically in existence. The good news is that Our Hostess is working on re-writing it for publication late this fall.
Now, the copy that Patty & Mike have loaned for reading is going to likely be on the road as long or longer than the wait until publication of the new edition, so we aren't adding more names to the list to borrow it, so we can't help you out on that front either.
